RAREBREED BUTCHERY
Our first love is meat, so it’s only natural that we have our very own butchery. As the saying goes “if you want something done well, do it yourself”. Our chefs work their magic on whole sections of the cow before it lands on the table, which allows us to deliver a range of ever changing cuts of meat, from crowd pleasing classics to the more extraordinary cuts. The selection changes weekly and can be viewed on our Specials menus at all our venues.
